PRESCHOOL TOURS:

Tours can be scheduled by contacting the preschool office by appointment only. 

PRESCHOOL DATES:

2024-2025 Preschool Year:  September 3, 2024 - May 15, 2025

CLASSES & FEES:

  • Placement in the classroom is based on a child's age on September 1, 2024

  • Children must be 18 months old by Sept. 1st, 2024

  • All Class times are 9:00 am - 2:00 pm daily

  • 2 Day (T/Th) Classes offered for Toddler's (18 - 24 mos.)

  • 3 Day (TWTh) Classes offered for 2's & 3's

  • 4 Day (M-Th) Classes offered for 2's, 3's & 4's

  • Class developmental objectives include: 

    • Toddler's - Working on social skills

    • 2's - Working on social skills and academic fundamentals

    • 3's - Working on gross & fine motor skills and pre-writing techniques

    • 4's - Preparing for Kindergarten

  • Dates for Fall Semester - September 3rd through December 19th​

  • Dates for Spring Semester - January 13th through May 15th

  • Registration Fee (NON-REFUNDABLE and  Forfeited upon Withdrawal)

       Annual Fee of $75 - collected at time of registration

  • Supply Fee (NON-REFUNDABLE and Forfeited upon Withdrawal

       Annual Fee - Based on class selected and collected on July 1st 

  • Tuition Fees (NON-REFUNDABLE and Forfeited upon Withdrawal

       Semester Fee - Amount based on number of class days selected

       Fall Semester - Paid in 2 equal payments on August 19th & October 1st 

       Spring Semester - Paid in 3 equal payments on December 16th, February 3rd, and March 14th

HOW TO REGISTER:

Your child's enrollment in a classroom is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your online forms are completed, and your Registration Fee has been paid, your child's spot in the classroom is guaranteed!

  • STEP 1:   Complete: Form #1 - Class Request

  • STEP 2:  The preschool office will contact you by email confirming your child's enrollment in a class

  • STEP 3:  Complete:  Form #2 - Student Information

          Complete:  Form #3 - Registration Information

  • STEP 4:  The preschool office will communicate when your $75 registration fee will be processed

  • STEP 5:  Complete & Submit these required Printed Documents (links are listed below):

 Doctor's Permission Form

 Immunization Record

 Food & Allergy Emergency Plan  (only if necessary)

ONLINE FORMS to Complete:  

PLEASE NOTE:  The following class is currently FULL:

  • 4 Days Class (M-Th) for Three Year Olds  - however, the 3 Days Class (TWTh) still has availability.

 

This form allows you to request enrollment in a class for

your child for the 2024-2025 preschool year.

your child.  This is only required for NEW families enrolling

for the first time.. 

STUDENT

This form allows you to designate an emergency contact, provide financial authorization, acknowledge the VRBP Handbook & authorize participation in all VRBP activities.

PRINTED DOCUMENTS to Complete:  

These forms are required to complete the registration process once your child's enrollment is confirmed.

Complete forms with the required signatures and turn in to the preschool office.

Must be completed by the parent and signed by your Pediatrician.

Submit a current copy of your child's immunization record from your Pediatrician.

Only required if your child has an allergy which has been diagnosed by a doctor which requires an emergency plan.
